Great portal to the stars. Since the last update the app is not working right for me. After install the app functions correctly once, then subsequent times it hangs on load in screen.
Great portal to the stars. Since the last update the app is not working right for me. After install the app functions correctly once, then subsequent times it hangs on load in screen.
But the notifications arent working properly. I want the goal horn sound for when the Stars score. It worked last year. Fix it please.
2 stars until you bring back the dallas goal horn alert when they score!!!!! I want that back!!!! >:(
All I see is the green bar on top, logo in middle and ATT logo in the right corner. Have to reinstall every time I wish to use..
Like others have mentioned the latest version locks up on the splash screen. This app has become a major disappointment since it worked pretty well before all of the useless "new format" changes. Please fix.
The app works great when using my LTE. However, when I am on my home wireless the app stalls on the loading screen and then closes.
Being able to sync schedule to calendar was HUGE last year -where did it go? Bring back, dont want to manually input all the games.....
The app is clean and it presents itself well. Everything is clean and where you would expect it to be.
Overall, the app is ok. I hate that the "Add to Passbook" feature doesnt work and the application times out too quickly. I have to go through a series of 5-6 steps, including entering my login information, just to access my tickets since the Stars went electronic and do not send paper tickets anymore. It is a real pain!
Love the app, I use it all the time since I go to most home games. I did not give it 5 stars because when I click add to passbook it does nothing. It would be much easier if it worked. Also it automatically logs you off way too quick. And if you answer a text message or go to another app while you have this one open. You will be logged off. I love that you can listen to Ralph and Razor through the app while the game is on. However the delay is about 10-15 min :/. Id give it a 5 if it fixes all these bugs.
The app is comprehensive in that it has covers all of the functionality you would expect from an app of this nature, or at least all of the functionality I would imagine: schedules, news, scores, tickets, venue info, etc, etc. There are a few significant problems with the app. For starters getting to the are where you can view your electronic tickets for an upcoming game is not obvious or intuitive. I would expect a menu item or button at the highest level of menu or home page titled “View My Tickets” or something along those lines. Instead you have to find your way there by clicking an “Account Manager” button found under the tickets tab. So getting to see/view your tickets goes like this: 1. Go to the “Tickets” item. (ok, obvious enough) 2. Click the “Account Manager” button (given the name this is not intuitive) 3. Select the date of the event as listed on the page. 4. Now you see a summary of your tickets. To see one of them you click on the ticket summary. Not terrible, but fairly deep into the navigation of the app and given the name that it’s in among the “Account Manager” area, this key functionality is kind of hidden. Secondly the app has several defects. Clicking on buttons and links doesn’t always work. Sometimes you have to try several times or navigate out of the area and come back (reload) to try again. Sometimes you have to restart the app. The “Add to Passbook” button doesn’t seem to work at all. I’ve tried it several times. Sometimes it causes the app to display a blank/white empty page. Sometimes is does nothing at all (stays on the current page). But no matter what the display shows, the ticket does not get added to Passbook. All in all I’d say hey took a pretty good shot at it, but they missed the net with this one - pardon the pun.
This app used to be great. I could watch highlights and post game vlogs. Now nothing someone needs to be fired or hired to fix the app.
Overall a good app. However, add to passbook does not work. Just does nothing when you hit the button.
Watching game now but not getting any alerts. Theyre set on the app and on my phone. I like that feature if theres a game and I cant watch it.
Like the look and feel. Nice arrangement. Smooth and fast. Good job. But...Please let the user choose ONCE if they want notifications -- not each and every time the app launches. I record many of the games and prefer to watch the game to learn the outcome, so I turned off notifications to prevent knowing the score before watching the game. I do not need to be asked over and over if I want notifications enabled.
Compared to the previous version this one is not really anything more than a web portal. And limited at that. No Fan Zone section so you cannot easily see promos, no more Wallpapers, and worst no more goal horn sound if we score. This really reeks of the NBCSN app somewhat so Im guessing there was a deal to streamline all of the teams to a single interface with window dressings. Since the webpage itself is mobile-friendly its actually more convenient to create a shortcut to that and get access to everything instead of this thing.
I like the app but it doesnt post all the articles like the prospect report and other you have to go to the website to see those
Tickets wont add to Passbook and the app doesnt work that well at American Airlines Center. Is a pain to hold up the line waiting for ticket bar code to appear. Last game took five minutes to come up, that wasnt awkward at all.
Love the Stars, love the fan experience - the link to ticketmaster...not so much. The app allows you to use e-tickets for entry, but links to ticketmaster which has to load each ticket separately which holds up the line - if the add to passbook button worked - it would be awesome! Its been there forever but hasnt worked in any version... Lets add that next time instead of emojis :)
My app wont even load/install since todays update.
